They are both competent, friendly professionals who took the time to really understand what we were looking for, helped us find potential homes that were a fit, steered us clear of certain issues/risks that were weren’t fully aware of, and negotiated us a fabulous deal on the perfect home. They not only know the market and their craft well (Anna is a lawyer and Mike is an excellent negotiator) they were super fun to work with. We’ve bought many homes over the years and this experience was by far the best. I’m usually less than impressed with the caliber of professionals in real estate. I found Mike and Anna Bryant via the internet from my home in Chicago. I called them and told them what I was looking for. They picked us up at out hotel room and showed us about 10 homes, the last one being the one I purchased. I recently sold that home and Mike and Anna acted as my agents for the sale. They are great relators and very hard working. If I had questions they were easy to reach or called back very quickly. I am also glad to call them my friends as they helped me with referrals for services when I moved here!

Mike and Anna are a heck of a team. Between Anna’s marketing and knowledge of the house buying/selling process and Mike’s availability and negotiating skills they were the perfect realtors for us. They got us the best price on the house we were selling and best deal on the house we were buying. We have bought and sold 6 houses in our time and they were by far the best agents we have worked with. If you are buying or selling a house in the Naples or the Collier County area, they are the agents for you!

My wife and I live in the Midwest and signed up for an internet listing service and were notified the first afternoon one of Mike and Anna’s properties went on the market. The property seemed to be what my wife and I were looking for, but we had no realtor and no association with Mike, Anna, or the firm they represent.

I called Mike to inquire about the property and he picked up the call the first time, a rarity into today’s business world. Mike spent a good deal of time with me on the phone telling me about the property and answering my questions. He did not try to hard sell me, he just provided me answers. The answers he gave me are as accurate today, a few weeks after closing, as they were that late evening. A few hours after talking to Mike my wife and I decided to make an offer, sight unseen. Sure we saw some pictures, but making an offer on one day listing sight unseen was a bit unsettling. What made me comfortable was Mike’s knowledge of the market, the comparable properties sold and for sale he forwarded to me, and his professional demeanor. Mike and I talked pricing; no low ball, but a fair price for a unit I was truly interested in. The seller accepted the offer without countering. To me that meant Mike helped me arrive at a price to achieve everyone’s objectives. He was working with integrity for an “arms-length” transaction.

Once the deal was done I moved from working with Mike to working with Anna. What a wonderful compliment they make to each other. As a real estate agent who is also an attorney, Anna knows the legal side of bringing a transaction through closure. Anna did not act in the formal capacity of an attorney, but she sure guided us through the process during the 45 day timeline. She made sure I knew what to expect, timely answered every e-mail I sent to her, was patient, and provided me lists of things I needed to accomplish. When I asked for local lending and closing sources, I was provided choices. Anna dealt with my choices in a professional and cooperative manner. There was much more “legal maneuvering” than I anticipated but Anna kept us all on track, and working together we closed a few days early as I desired. The buyers closed from the Midwest and the sellers in Naples, Florida.

My wife and I look forward to working on our snowbird nest over the coming months. Mike and Anna are a great team who can carry both the marketing and legal sides of a listing to closure with speed, professionalism, and integrity.

If I could give them a 10- I certainly would!! Mike and Anna navigated so many obstacles for us with an out of state closing and estate probate issues in selling our late father's home in Naples. They are extremely responsive, polite and sooo helpful with all the various things that came up during the process. We had this home on the market for a year before we relisted with Mike and Anna, with zero offers. 30 days after listing with Mike and Anna we had a signed contract!!
